How much is shipping?

UK delivery is free of charge. Please note that all art is bespoke framed and will take 10 to 15 business days to be dispatched.

Once the item is framed it will be dispatched on next day delivery service.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch the vast majority within 10 to 15 business days from time of order.  Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

If the dispatch of your print is delayed by more than 15 business days we will keep you informed of the expected dispatch date via email. You can then choose to either wait for the goods to be delivered, accept a refund or pick an alternative item from our stock.

Markcurryer.com aims to provide an efficient and reliable dispatch service. All orders are sent from our framing partner in the UK. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent on a next day, fully tracked delivery service as soon as the product is ready. Deliveries are between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us directly as this comes with a additional charge.

I have changed my mind, can I return my order?

When you purchase online you are protected, therefore if you advise us within 14 days of taking receipt of your art that you are not happy, we will arrange for the piece to be collected at a charge to you of £50 and offer you a refund if the art is in the condition it was delivered in when it arrives back to us.

Is International shipping available?

Currently we do not ship outside of the UK as a standard option but if you would like to get in touch we can offer you a bespoke quote.

How about International returns?

In accordance with the European distance selling directive, markcurryer.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days. You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund. Contracts can be concluded electronically, and the time at which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the times at which your order (and markcurryer.com’s acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it). Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit & credit cards and customers can use also take advantage of paypal pay in three which helps spread the cost over 3 months.
